Mieders in summer
The small vacation resort of Mieders at the entrance to the Stubai Valley offers pure relaxation. Hikers and mountain bikers will find a true sports paradise around the Serles adventure mountain. A ride on the summer toboggan run is unforgettable. Nearby is Europe's highest place of pilgrimage, Maria Waldrast, with its healing springs and monastery inn.
Hochserles adventure mountain
Hiking is a pleasure in the beautiful recreational landscape at the foot of the Serles (2,717 m). The high moor hike, the spring trail or an excursion to the Maria Waldrast pilgrimage site with its famous healing spring are unique. Mountain lovers won't be able to resist a tour to the summit of the Serles with its incomparable views. It's not for nothing that Mieders' local mountain is called "King Serles".
Mountain bike paradise
Mieders enjoys an excellent reputation among mountain bikers. Perfectly signposted routes at the foot of the Serles attract beginners and pros from all over the world. The modern Hochserles 8-seater cable car takes you uphill with ease.
The steepest Alpine roller coaster
Mieders has had one more top attraction to offer since the end of July 2004 with the Stubai summer toboggan run: 2.8 km long, 640 vertical meters and 40 steep bends. The feeling of flying just above the ground!
Central location
All attractions in the Stubai Valley can be reached quickly from Mieders. A trip to the provincial capital of Innsbruck with its numerous cultural highlights is also nearby. You can be there in 15 minutes by car or public transport.

Hochserles adventure mountain
At the foot of the Serles, fantastic opportunities for winter vacationers are guaranteed. The ultra-modern 8-seater gondola lift takes you quickly and comfortably to the Koppeneck mountain station at an altitude of 1,680 m, where you can indulge in a wide range of winter sports (skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, tobogganing, winter hiking, ski touring). The perfectly groomed pistes offer skiers and snowboarders plenty of space. Thanks to a modern snowmaking system, there is always plenty of snow.
Winter enjoyment
The 7 km long natural toboggan run near Mieders guarantees a special experience. Thanks to the lighting, tobogganing is also fun at night. The romantic winter hikes on the Hochserles adventure mountain are an insider tip.
